High strength bolt and welding stud
* Bolts and threaded rods with a durability level of 8.8 or higher such 10.9, 12.9 are called high strength bolts and threaded rods.
High-strength bolts are often used in the construction and installation of large projects such as truss houses and steel truss factory designs.
Bolt structure: bolt, ecu and flat washer.
Standard: ASTM A325/A325M, ASTM A490/A490M,… or German DIN standards such as DIN 933, DIN 31, DIN 603, DIN 7380, DIN 912, DIN 6912, DIN 7991.
* Welding stud, also known as anti-shear nail, is composed of a welded nail and a ceramic ring.
Welding studs are used for Steel – Concrete composite floor systems such as: Decking in steel frame floor structures; used in the construction of composite overpass decks, concrete-filled steel arch bridges…
Welding studs are manufactured according to following standards: ISO 13918, GB 10435, DIN 34828, JISB1198, AWS D1.1 and AWS D1.5, etc…
